| The following steps describe how to
disassemble your GC. |

| 2. Lift the top part of your GC case gently. | |
|
|
|
| 3. Remove the 4 screws behind the front panel | |
|
|
|
| 4. Remove 5 screws at the right side of the drive | |
|
|
|
| 5. Remove 4 screws on the backside of the drive | |
|
|
|
| 6. Remove 2 screws at the fan unit | |
|
|
|
| 7. Remove 3 underneath the fan unit | |
|
|
|
| 8. Remove the drive unit and the fan unit gently and remove 6 screw from the metal cooler. | |
|
|
|
| 9. The installation area is marked below. | |
|
|
|
| 10. Place the qoob PRO chip accordnigly to the image below. And attach the wire connector. | |
|
|
|
| 11. Remove the LID-Switch cable and attach the qoob wires as shown below. | |
|
|
|
| 12. Insert the flat flexible cable carefully accordingly to the image below. | |
|
|
|
| 13. Alternative I: Attach the USB connector board with adhesive tape as shown below. | |
|
|
|
| 14. Alternative II: You can also place the USB connector board on the outside of your GC. | |
|
|
|
| 15. Alternative II: Attach the USB connector board with adhesive tape as shown below. | |
